Debugging method of electric actuator
Electric actuators are also a hot product now, and the number of manufacturers or individuals who buy them is also gradually increasing. How to properly debug such a device has become something that most people want to know. Of course, everyone may want to buy equipment that suits them according to different situations, so when actually purchasing, many friends should also pay attention to debugging them, because only in this way can they be used effectively after installation and debugging. .
How to debug electric actuators, a series of preparatory work should be done before debugging, and at the same time, we should carefully cooperate with the actual situation of various manufacturers, look at the drawings on the manuals of these devices, and carefully compare them. Drawings or a series of instructions in the manual are used for proofreading, and the correct proofreading wiring diagrams are drawn according to the actual situation. When necessary, ensure that all their lines are correct.
After all preparations are done, we will start debugging. Because there are many kinds of actuators, but the working principles are roughly the same, the main difference in operation is that there are many kinds of output shaft modes. We will introduce the debugging method of the electric actuator based on the angular stroke electric actuator as an example.
1. Manually adjust the electric actuator to the middle position, and change the operation mode to local operation before the power is turned on. After the two parts are completed, we choose to turn on the power, and then observe whether the direction of the actuator and the direction of the valve are consistent. If not, we need to change the power cord to phase. Then we have to make the limit, move the valve to a seated position, then the multimeter buzzer gear, then check the limit some become the closing point, only at the near point is correct, if not close the close point adjust the spacing until the adjustment is correct s position.
2. After debugging the position, you need to debug the position of the fully open position. Before adjusting the open limit, we also need to check whether the signal of the open limit is correct. After adjustment, move the valve back and forth several times to observe whether the signal is normal.
3. Then we need to debug the feedback. Whether the feedback current of the electric actuator is correct is very important. Because the feedback current directly affects the given signal, it is very important to ensure that the feedback current is accurate. The debugging process is to input mA to the multimeter and string it into the feedback loop, and then the actuator is turned off. At this time, the feedback value of the multimeter should be observed. If it is 4 mA, the feedback value is correct. If there is no deviation, it is necessary to debugging. Debug with the zero potentiometer feedback value to the correct value, then the actuator is fully open, this time the feedback value is 20 ma is normal, if this error continues step by step, the full potentiometer feedback value is shifted to 20 ma, a few time and debugging, debugging is qualified.
4. Turn on the operation mode of the electric actuator as the remote operation mode, input the signal through the signal generator, see the valve change the seated position, then input the value 20ma, see if it is fully open, and then correspond to the given Value, value to see if the feedback is the same as the value we gave, if the error needs to repeat the steps, it has been debugged until it is qualified.
